Expert, evidence-based rehabilitation for people navigating the impact of concussion, injury, or illness — delivered with the warmth and attentiveness of truly person-centred care.
Reset Rehabilitation was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that the best rehabilitation happens when clinical expertise and genuine human attentiveness work together. As a specialist occupational therapist with a focus on concussion, vocational rehabilitation, and complex case management, I bring both to every client I work with.

Reset Rehabilitation was founded by a specialist occupational therapist with deep experience in concussion rehabilitation, complex case management, and vocational reintegration — bringing clinical authority and genuine person-centred care to every client.
I'm a HCPC-registered occupational therapist with specialist expertise in concussion and acquired brain injury rehabilitation, rehabilitation case management, and vocational rehabilitation. My work sits at the intersection of clinical precision and human attentiveness — and I believe strongly that the two are inseparable.
I founded Reset Rehabilitation to provide high-quality, genuinely person-centred occupational therapy to people who deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether I'm working directly with clients, supporting referrers, or coordinating complex multi-disciplinary cases, my focus is always the same: meaningful, functional progress for the whole person.
My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and grounded in the occupational therapy principle that function — in work, home, and daily life — is at the heart of wellbeing.
Recovery isn't linear, and no two people experience injury or illness the same way. My approach always begins with listening — really understanding who you are, what matters to you, and what you want to be able to do. From there, we build a plan together.
Every client receives a comprehensive, holistic assessment — considering functional, cognitive, emotional, and vocational factors. This forms the foundation of a tailored rehabilitation plan.
Goals are set with you, not for you. We identify what matters most — returning to work, managing symptoms, regaining independence — and build milestones around those priorities.
All interventions are grounded in current clinical evidence. I stay up to date with the latest research in concussion rehabilitation, vocational reintegration, and OT practice.
Regular review, honest communication, and clear reporting — for you, and for any referrers or case managers involved in your care. You are always central to the conversation.
Get in touch to discuss your needs — there's no obligation, and every conversation is treated with complete confidentiality.
Reset Rehabilitation offers four specialist service areas — each delivered with the same commitment to clinical rigour and person-centred care, and each designed to support meaningful, lasting progress.
Post-concussion syndrome can be an isolating and confusing experience. Symptoms may persist long after the initial injury, affecting concentration, sleep, mood, work, and daily life in ways that are difficult to explain and harder to manage alone.
Reset provides specialist, evidence-based concussion rehabilitation that begins with a thorough functional assessment — and builds a genuinely personalised programme around your symptoms, your goals, and your life.
"You don't have to keep waiting to feel like yourself again. Specialist support can make a real difference — and it begins with understanding your individual experience."
Complex rehabilitation needs require more than individual appointments. Case management provides the structure, coordination, and clinical oversight needed to ensure that all aspects of a person's rehabilitation work together — towards clear, meaningful goals.
Reset provides comprehensive rehabilitation case management for individuals with complex or long-term rehabilitation needs — working directly with clients, families, referrers, and multi-disciplinary teams to drive progress and maintain momentum.
Returning to work after injury or illness is rarely straightforward. It requires careful assessment, clear planning, and the right support — for both the individual and their employer. Done well, vocational rehabilitation transforms absence into a sustainable return.
Reset's vocational rehabilitation service supports individuals, employers, and HR teams through every stage of the return-to-work process — from initial assessment to phased return, workplace adaptation, and ongoing support.
Private OT provides timely, flexible, high-quality occupational therapy — without the waiting lists or referral pathways of NHS provision. Whether you're self-funding or accessing support through an insurer, Reset offers expert assessment and intervention tailored to your individual needs.
Private OT at Reset covers a broad range of presentations — from fatigue and cognitive difficulties following illness, to functional limitations affecting daily life, independence, and community participation.
Get in touch and we'll help you find the right pathway — with no obligation and complete confidentiality.
Reset Rehabilitation works with insurers, case managers, GPs, solicitors, and employers — providing specialist occupational therapy input that is rigorous, well-documented, and clearly focused on functional outcomes.
Reset accepts referrals from a wide range of professional sources. Each referral is handled with the same responsiveness, clinical rigour, and clear communication — regardless of the pathway.
Receive evidence-based rehabilitation input with thorough, timely documentation. Reset works efficiently within insurer frameworks — with clear timelines, measurable functional goals, and responsive communication throughout the case.
Access specialist concussion rehabilitation and occupational therapy expertise for patients where standard input is insufficient. Reset provides comprehensive assessment, clear reporting, and seamless collaboration with the wider medical team.
Independent functional assessment and report writing for medico-legal purposes — providing clear, well-evidenced opinion on functional impact, rehabilitation needs, and prognosis, suitable for litigation and settlement contexts.
Workplace assessment, reasonable adjustments advice, phased return programme design, and ongoing liaison — providing employers with the specialist expertise to support valued team members through a safe, sustainable return to work.
In-depth knowledge of post-concussion syndrome — including complex and prolonged presentations — enabling accurate, nuanced clinical reasoning where generalist input is insufficient.
Well-structured, evidence-based reports delivered within agreed timescales. All documentation is written with the referrer's needs in mind — comprehensive, readable, and outcome-focused.
No agency delays. You communicate directly with the treating clinician — enabling responsive, efficient case management at every stage of the referral and rehabilitation process.
Rehabilitation is always framed around meaningful functional goals — return to work, independence, and daily participation — not clinical processes or activity alone.
Making a referral is straightforward. There's no complex paperwork required to begin a conversation — just get in touch and we'll take it from there.
Reach out by email or phone with a brief outline of the referral — the nature of the case, what you're looking for, and any relevant background. No formal referral form is required to begin the conversation.
Reset will confirm suitability, discuss the specific requirements of the case, and agree on fees, timescales, and reporting format. This conversation is typically completed within 24–48 hours of first contact.
The client is contacted promptly, assessment is arranged at a convenient time and location, and a tailored rehabilitation plan is developed collaboratively with the client and relevant stakeholders.
Comprehensive written reports are provided at agreed intervals. Referrers are kept informed throughout, with open, responsive communication at every stage — and clear escalation if concerns arise.
Reset Rehabilitation operates to the highest professional standards, with full regulatory registration and appropriate insurance in place.
